I don't have a credit card. Can I still use ShopSe?

Yes, ShopSe supports pre-approved EMIs from various banks, which don't require you to have a credit card.

My debit card is not supported. How can I use ShopSe?

You can try another credit/debit card or check eligibility through DMI & MV, wherein you don't require a card to avail EMI.

Why do I have to add my card details?

EMI transactions are done using your card. Adding them beforehand allows ShopSe to quickly check if your card is eligible for EMI transactions and pull the best offers available for you.

Is it safe to provide my card details to ShopSe?

What is my credit limit/offer?

Your credit limit or offer is defined by your bank. You can discover the limit when you initiate your transaction. If you have a credit card, you can purchase up to your available credit limit or offer.

I am having issues with the order delivery. Whom should I contact?

You should contact the store from where you made the purchase. If the issue is still not resolved, you can call ShopSe at 080 6980 9292 or write to care@getshopse.com.

Why is my transaction amount different from the quoted price?

This difference is due to special upfront discounts available on ShopSe to provide you with No Cost or Low Cost EMI options.

How will I pay my EMIs back?

If you have a credit card, the EMI will be billed to you in your monthly statement. If you have transacted using a debit/pre-approved/pre-qualified/other finance options, the amount will be automatically debited from your bank account

When will my first EMI be due?

For credit cards, the first EMI will be billed in your next statement. For debit/pre-approved/pre-qualified/other finance options, you will receive a message from your bank regarding your payment schedule. Contact them for further details.

How can I cancel my transaction?

You should get in touch with the merchant, and they shall facilitate the refund for your transaction wherever applicable.

What happens if I fail to pay my EMIs on time?

ShopSe only facilitates your transaction. You pay your EMIs directly to the bank. If you fail to pay your dues on time, the bank will get in touch with you.

How do I pay at the store?

You can scan the ShopSe QR displayed at the merchant store using the ShopSe app. Alternatively, provide the merchant with your phone number, and you will receive a link via SMS to make your payment.

I have received a link from the shop owner. What is it?

You can make the payment on EMI for your purchase using this link.

I want a partial cancellation and refund of my order.

Partial cancellation is not allowed for purchases made through ShopSe

Are there any additional charges to avail the EMI facility?

You will not be charged any additional fees for credit card transactions. However, for ICICI and HDFC debit cards, a one-time fee of ₹199 or ₹99 will be charged respectively, along with your first EMI.
